Q: What are your normal business hours?
A: Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00pm to 5:00pm. However our website is available for browsing or shopping 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.

Q: I am looking for something but did not see it on your website or brochure. Can you help me?
A: Most orders placed before 4:00 pm E.S.T ship same day but that can vary depending on the item and quantity. After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail order confirmation with an estimated ship date. You may also call our Customer Service department Toll Free at 800-526-0242 for additional information.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: Comprehensive accepts most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) and we offer open terms to business accounts and qualified customers.
Q: How and when will I be charged for my purchase?
A: If you purchase by credit card, we will seek authorization for the amount of your purchase including estimated freight charges. If you are an open account customer, you will have 30 days to pay for your order. In either case, we do not bill you until your order ships.
Q: Will I be charged Sales Tax?
A: If you live or the merchandise is being shipped to a state or municipality where the government requires that tax be charged on internet purchases, you may be charged sales tax in accordance with the law. Please read our Terms and Conditions or contact us for more specific information.
Q: What if I need to change or cancel my order?
A: Because of our rapid processing speed, there is a very short window to make changes to or cancel your order. If you discover you ordered the wrong product, need to add an item, expedite your shipping or make any other changes, please call our Customer Service department Toll Free at 800-526-0242 or email customerservice@comprehensiveco.com as soon as possible so that we may assist you. Even if your order has already shipped, we will be happy to help you make the necessary changes needed.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: We ship your products according to your order instructions. If you need your order in a Rush, please select one of our expedited shipping methods (at an additional cost) when checking out or when emailing your order to us.
Q: What is Quick Order?
A: Quick Order allows you to simply enter the part number and quantity you want and add the products to your shopping cart without having to seek the items out through the menu or the search box. This is especially useful for repeat customers who order the same items multiple times.
Q: What is your Returns Policy?

Q: I purchased a product but it turns out it is not exactly what I needed? How do I go about returning it?
A: First you will want to make sure you have your paperwork handy to expedite the process. Information needed is billing name, date of order, item number and a purchase order number if you used one.
